This attorney took the case of a 77 year old man who needed help getting a hostile renter evicted and this attorney billed over $1000 to NEEDLESSLY travel an hour (total) and look at a property when there was absolutely no need for the “trip”. In my opinion this attorney has extremely poor ethics and should not be trusted. He even admitted to his client he was an acquaintance of opposing counsel. We contacted Mr. Brundage at Brundage Law in July of 2023 to gain guardianship of our autistic granddaughter who is elementary school aged. Our granddaughter needs protections and services such as health insurance that we cannot provide because we do not have guardianship.
