This dude is super nice, knows his stuff, and is VERY reasonably priced. Stopped by to get some tires swapped and he noticed an issue with the rear immediately, and was able to tell me exactly what was loose before even taking it off. he also adjusted dialed in the suspension perfect. This bike rides much better now. Will definitely be back.
Great, friendly, all-service shop. Was about to leave when we pulled in and he didn’t hesitate to re-open to help us find and set up a new tubeless tire. Would highly recommend and will definitely stop in for future needs if in town!

I took my 3 bikes to Randy and had them tuned up. He was a great guy and gave me a great deal on all 3 bikes. They ride great now and will go back. I have also bought quality merchandise from him including a helmet. He also gives good estimates that I call wish lists.
Best bicycle shop the most reasonable prices. Hours are very flexible. I took my bike up there on a Friday afternoon after 4 o’clock he fixed it right on the spot. This gentleman used to be here in Torrington and I searched for six months and found him in Harwinton. I will never use Another bicycle shop they’re all overpriced and really are looking just to get your money out of your pocket. This man is definitely not. He truly cares about his clientele.
