Great customer service! My daughter and I were on our way to go camping when we realized we had a flat on one of our bikes. Passed by and decided to stop. Randy was so helpful, fixed it in a jiffy, and was a pleasure to talk with. 10/10
Went there to get my road bike fixed he told me to pay up front I told him I didn’t Bring any cash he said a bike keeps space in here and everyone else pays up front, I said well Is it not supposed to pay went u pick up the bike? Then he holds my bike for 3 days and told me to come back Sunday in the afternoon I got there 10 minutes earlier he goes I haven’t have a chance to fixed u bike ?? Very unresponsive won’t recommend this guy he have a lot of bikes and no help at all.
I brought my bike here and it was given back to me in such amazing shape! I told the owner how much the bike meant to me and he treated the bike with great care and he was very personable! 100% will be coming back for all my bike needs.
