My son and daughter had school pictures taken in roughly Aug or Sept timeframe. I ordered pictures for both. My daughter had hers delivered to the school at the beginning of Oct.. and I still have not received my son’s photos. The school is saying that about 60 students photos were not delivered and that they were told they would be delivered after fall break. They never answer the phone. They had my daughter glasses crooked which shows they obviously don’t care. My daughter left her envelope at home I didn’t notice til later in the morning. Took it by the school. They said they already picked up orders. I saw on envelope that you have to pay an extra $16.50 . The package I chose was $17 why on gods green earth would I want to pay double when I was barely able to pay the $17 for The basic package. Very money hungry it’s 2026. Worst photography company ever, they are just collecting money to keep they're business running, my son has special needs and they purposely take horrible photos of him. No prompts used to make the kids smile or try to ask someone to clean their face before they take the photos. Think they just snap the photo and definitely because they see a special needs child they figure that is how the picture should look. Your business will not prosper!

There service on the ofice side is awful. So hard to get them to even answer a phone. Getting help after the pictures have been taken is a nightmare as well.

They require you to pay before you ever see the photos and don’t allow ordering after photos have been taken. Despite having written several emails to inquire about ordering photos when my son’s school wasn’t listed on their website prior to his photo being taken, I’ve received no response. No one ever answers their phone either. I ordered photos the last couple years, and they are mediocre at best. My daughter’s last year were awful. She looked sad.
