I wish I could give zero stars. I just received my daughter's school photo package that had to be prepaid. My daughter is special needs and rarely ever takes school photos but cooperated this year. The photographer asked her to take off her school ID which was fine. However it messed up her hair when she did and the photographer did not instruct her to smooth down her hair after it was ruffled by removing the ID. Two sports in row, I've paid for pictures and not received them. My son is there on picture day, pays the money, does individual pictures and group pictures....in one instance I even sat there and watched him take his photos. Yet, I never received the picture. I never even received a resolution for the first sport- I'm just out the money. For the second sport, months later and after the last game of the season when his uniform is turned in, they can do a retake or a refund only after the school had to follow up multiple time... read more

Very rude and unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone and when you finally do get someone on the phone they have an attitude!
