As a business partner, I can truly say that I am completely dissatisfied with Bruckner's. There's never anyone available to answer the phone. I will be pulling our business after this year.

We dont get to see our kids photos before pictures, they not genuinely doing it for the kids to make their school memories are beautiful. I wish they would get PROOFS before payment. Not even that . They don't take picture's of all the kids at school unless they've paid. When we went to school EVERY child had a picture taken and parents were sent proofs. I wish I could give zero stars. I just received my daughter's school photo package that had to be prepaid. My daughter is special needs and rarely ever takes school photos but cooperated this year. The photographer asked her to take off her school ID which was fine. However it messed up her hair when she did and the photographer did not instruct her to smooth down her hair after it was ruffled by removing the ID. Two sports in row, I've paid for pictures and not received them. My son is there on picture day, pays the money, does individual pictures and group pictures....in one instance I even sat there and watched him take his photos. Yet, I never received the picture. I never even received a resolution for the first sport- I'm just out the money. For the second sport, months later and after the last game of the season when his uniform is turned in, they can do a retake or a refund only after the school had to follow up multiple time... read more
