I just received my little girl's first school pictures. They were prepaid for so I had no way to see what I was getting before I bought it. They took my money and ran with it. Didn't even take five extra seconds to make my kids smile. She's beautiful and smiles all the time. Thanks!
This company is unprofessional. I will not spend my money with them. They provide flyers to the schools with the preorder information on them. It clearly states that the preorder form needs to be turned in "on or before the day of pictures." The other option listed was to preorder online via their website through a provided link. When I tried to use the provided link it did not work. I then called their office and spoke with the receptionist. She was rude. She cut me off while explaining the issue.
