There service on the ofice side is awful. So hard to get them to even answer a phone. Getting help after the pictures have been taken is a nightmare as well.
They require you to pay before you ever see the photos and don’t allow ordering after photos have been taken. Despite having written several emails to inquire about ordering photos when my son’s school wasn’t listed on their website prior to his photo being taken, I’ve received no response. No one ever answers their phone either. I ordered photos the last couple years, and they are mediocre at best. My daughter’s last year were awful. She looked sad. As a business partner, I can truly say that I am completely dissatisfied with Bruckner's. There's never anyone available to answer the phone. I will be pulling our business after this year.
We dont get to see our kids photos before pictures, they not genuinely doing it for the kids to make their school memories are beautiful. I wish they would get PROOFS before payment. Not even that . They don't take picture's of all the kids at school unless they've paid. When we went to school EVERY child had a picture taken and parents were sent proofs.
