Very rude and unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone and when you finally do get someone on the phone they have an attitude!
The absolute best!! Professionally and Timely!!
I purchased a photo package but received the wrong one. I was told the correct package was on its way, but here I am almost two months later with nothing. This is not my first issue with this company, either. Next time I will not buy any school photos.
Highly disappointed with this company. It takes wayyyy to long for these people to send out the photos after you have paid an arm and a leg for them. My son has graduated and I don’t have a photo or a yard sign that I paid for yet.. these schools should stop using these people immediately. This is ridiculous.
