Alicia Bruja Bruchez is Horrible and extremely unprofessional. I called to ask for an appointment ..when I asked if she had anything sooner - In an angry tone she says you know I’m not here to be your quick fix then she rudely stated: I don’t work well with you millennials and slammed the phone hanging up on me. I been doing my taxes with Mrs. Bruchez since 2009. She’s very knowledgeable and professional that even when I was working out of state I continue using her service. Highly recommended. 👍🏽
