Bruce is not only an excellent “Rolfer” but he also made amazing video about the importa ce of fascia, which is structural underpinning of the technique. Thus, knows both the tecniques and science behind them.
I injured my hand and stubbed my finger pretty bad playing basketball. Eventually I just couldn’t play anymore. The problem wouldn’t resolve until I did some bodywork with Bruce. He was able to focus on hand with both precision and specificity. The dude was dialed in. I think The sessions broke through the plateau I was stuck at in my rehab and sped up my recovery time. Definitely helped sort out the damaged joint in my finger. Now I’m back on the court!
