Mr. Kessler was wonderful, a good listener, and stopped drama dead in its tracks no matter which side it was coming from. In my opinion he’s a miracle worker with the way he is able to mediate between both sides. We ended up reaching an agreement that Mr. Kessler helped ensure was fair for everyone. Best advice he gave me was, “you can get caught up in the emotion and being right or you can take your son home” …. And I did indeed take my son home. I give many thanks to you Mr. Kessler! Your a rockstar!
Bruce Kessler entered mediation with extreme bias against the man in favor of the woman. He did not want to see facts from the man and said a few thousand dollars didn't matter when it was in favor of the man but it was extremely important when in favor of the female in this case. He is unprofessional and disrespectful going so far as to yell at the man because he didn't see it his way. Most unprofessional person and by far the worst person I have ever come in contact with. He does not listen. What seems like pennies to him, he wants to ensure that the other parties fight so he can make more money beccause he drags it out. He dismisses everything. Little did he know that my now ex-husband and I had no ill feelings towards each other and that after we determinedis he was lying and just trying to get tempers to flare- defamed each party to the other.
