Other than Bruce being the nicest person to talk to, his secretary is by far the rudest person I’ve had the pleasure speaking with on the phone. I really looked forward to speaking with him and working with him but not if I have to deal with his secretary. Not to mention she hung up on me before I was even done speaking with her.
