Bruce and his team are incredible. They make the process pain and stress free, and Bruce is always available to answer any questions you might have no matter how trivial they might seem. We couldn't have been more happy with how helpful he made our loan process, and the app for loading confidential documents made a lot of the cumbersome parts of the process easier to handle.
