When I was 27, I had a head-on collision that left me terrified to drive in winter conditions. I mentioned it to Tracy and she suggested I come in for a hypnosis session. Am I ever glad I did! In a single session, the fear of driving has virtually disappeared and I now have the confidence to be in control again.
