We just had a hot tub installed by Jim and his team. The process started with a visit to his show room in port Elgin. Jim took us through all the models available and was very helpful in our discission. On the day of delivery to Kincardine he arrived at the appointed time and the installation went very well. I highly recommend Jim and his team if you are looking for a new hot.
Our experience with Jim has been nothing but amazing. Unlike one of their competitors where we had been waiting 4 months to realize the spa we ordered would never come, it only took 4 days from showroom visit to enjoyment of our Georgian Luxury Edition spa. I contacted Jim on Saturday about a plug and play hot tub. It was at my house on the following Tuesday and Jim set it all up for me. He showed me about how to take care of my tub and told me it would be ready to use in 24 hours. I would highly recommend Bruce County Leisure Products with Jim if you are thinking about a hot tub.
