We had a great experience purchasing our hot tub, from the moment we walked into the showroom right through to delivery. Jim and team were fantastic to deal with—friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and we felt well taken care of every step of the way. The delivery went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub. Thanks to Jim and the team for making it... read more

Jim made the process easy, comfortable and trustworthy. We had I thought a difficult location for set-up but Jim came up with an easy simple solution and took the old tub away. Had some reservations at first because of the comparatively lower price but so far no concerns ... read more
