Found myself in need of a new car unexpectedly, and very begrudgingly started looking. Natalie was the first person to get back to me, and after shopping around a bit found myself heading right back to her. Very friendly, responsive, and worked with me to help me find the right fit. Once we found the car I wanted the rest of the process was so quick and so easy. Natalie was great to answer any questions that came up and had me back on the road very quickly!
Wow! I really enjoyed my car buying experience! The nicest staff to deal with (Jordan, Kim, Natalie, Marissa to name a few) and everyone I crossed paths with were extremely nice! Car works great could of used an oil change got it with 25%oil life left on it
I had a great and very friendly experience with the financial advisor. She guided me thoroughly and ensured I understood all the details before financing the CR-V. Her professional support is sincerely appreciated. All the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the process. Even after purchasing the car, the service staff have continued to be supportive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the car and the entire experience!
