They use to be good when it was a family. Now that she is gone the office staff is unreliable, never follow thru and do what they say they are going to do. Submitted an issue 4 months ago and still getting the run around with no answer yet.

Comparatively very expensive for tax services. Used them for many years until they made an error on a return and wouldn’t take any accountability for it. At that point I was done. Over and out.
