Battery arrived to my door within a couple days at the most. Appeared to be fully charged, and in 100% state of health according to my battery tester. Incredible customer service from the moment I requested information on the battery, including now. Battery seems strong, I've only started the ATV a handful of times, but it works, and when I put it on the trickle charger, its fully charged again in minutes. Buyer beware. I brought back 2 batteries for my ram 2500 after 25 months because my mechanic said they were no good and wouldn’t start my truck without a boost. I’ve bought a dozen batteries here and the first time I try to warranty a battery this company ‘load tested’ and said they’re perfectly fine. On top of that they said they’re out of warranty, even though they clearly state 30 month warranty. This company’s value proposition is based on their warranty, which is toilet paper. Canadian Tire all the way!
