UPDATE: Jan 6, 2026, I have just been notified, by Google, of Home Collection Furniture's reply, and I have read it. I returned their "check-back" call and what was being offered as to help resolve this is not a acceptable option [at least not for the amount of money for this chair]. Anyway, I won't go into all of it because it was ultimately my fault to not have clearly investigate what the return policy is, so I will own my mistake. SHOPPER ALERT: just a heads up, this place probably has no items that are not "special order" so that means all the products they sell are non-returnable/non-refundable/ non-exchangable. I do admit that I did not really pay attention to this. I purchased a $800 recliner chair and it does not feel as comfortable as their floor sample. After about 20 minutes of sitting in it my lower area irritated. To try to adjust for this I am in search for a pillowish item to adjust for this as i am not allow to return it.
