Make sure to text for an appointment versus calling. Appointments are far out unless they have cancellations which I guess is good for them. Happy with my brows.

My response to the owner's response dated Feb 2, 2025. I don't play games. I don't write frivolous reviews to harm someone's business either. This woman did treat me the way I described it in my initial review. She was very hostile, appeared angry, and displayed racism towards me THAT DAY. Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I had the worst experience at this eyelash salon. They made mistakes while doing my lashes, and instead of fixing them, they told me I had to pay for a whole new set! Any professional salon would take responsibility for their work, but they refused to correct their own errors. On top of that, their customer service was awful. What a great experience Ms Marcia and Ms Paula are both so wonderful, kind, and very professional! They go above and beyond with their customer service and are so skillful. I don’t mind driving from Casselberry at all. Thank you for making me feel so cared for!
