Have been coming to this place for over a year. I make my appointments on line. Every time I arrive, I wait at least 15 minutes to be seen. Recently I made an online appointment and arrived early. When I arrived, they took a walk in customer. I waited 18 minutes from my appointment time. I finally told them I could not wait anymore. They were still not ready for me and then simply said ‘sorry.’ Although I’m not unhappy with my nails (2 stars). I will not be back. Loyal customers are hard to find. Unfortunately you lost one.
The best nail spot in the area! The only place I will go now. They are so clean, do not rush, and take great pride and care in their work. Spa pedicure is luxurious. They always check in with me about the color and offer to change it if I don’t like it once a few nails are done. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the cleanliness of this spot! The atmosphere is nice. Quiet and relaxing. Can’t recommend enough!
I have not had time to do anything for myself lately. Had a mani, pedi, and wax today. Love this place. Pampered for hours. Was awesome!
