Q met and exceeded my expectations. She educated me on every step of the process and provided aftercare instructions and products. I was pleasantly surprised to have gotten a call two hours later reminding me it was time for my first aftercare procedure and inquiring how I was feeling. This was a first for me. My previous salon did not reach out after the procedure. DEFENATELY recommend.
