Wow what a gem! We're staying at the Holiday Inn Mt Ascutney - wish we'd discovered this earlier. They have a great selection of Fresh food - produce, meat, fish ,shell fish and eclectic wines, some canned goods and lots of little goodies. They also have a great selection of hot food. My Pastrami sandwich was excellent (house made pastrami, toasted buttered bread, high quality mustard, sauerkraut, etc.) My wife enjoyed her Carnitas Torta - we'd go back again.
