Please read to the end. I can indeed say this was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. We rented a 15 passenger van to drive to Florida for family vacation. Deposit and full payment was due prior to pick of the vehicle. I then received an email the morning of telling me of a pickup location (entire time I’m thinking I am picking up from the facility). DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! They withhold your deposit make false claims and the cars drive like they have been in multiple accidents! They don’t return Your deposit !!! They are scammers!! They will keep your deposit and lie please don’t ever rent from this company!!
