They make you feel as if your not apart of the process. All contact with them is preferred by mail, unless you are in the stage of trying to be obtained them for representation. Otherwise it's like they don't care to converse about your case nor your input. I paid a nice amount of money and it seems like they barely tried for a better outcome.
