They decided to close early despite having specified a pick up time. Apparently my business wasnt even worth a phone call. When i tried to address the issue the next day, they were dismissive and clearly did not care that their mistake had cost me time and money. To add to all this the male shopkeeper immediately lied and made up an emergency when just a minute ago, another shopkeeper had already told me it was a scheduled appointment, a non-emergency. Robert and his team are consummate professionals. It was a pleasure watching him ply his craft. My only criticism was for myself - I showed up with a deadline measured in days, so I clearly was setting Robert up for failure. Not to be. He was on it and able to perform miracles to get me the suit jacket and pants. Thank you so much Robert and Cathy for your speedy and professional service. I will be a repeat customer!

I came in a bit late looking for a suit for an upcoming wedding. They were able to get me sized and in a suit I wanted that day, and alterations were done right on time for the wedding. Great experience all around!
Great store. Lots of selection and Canadian made suits. Robert is very knowledgeable and great with clients. Service was great and alterations were done correctly. Would highly recommend. Worth the drive to Elmira.
