I’ve shopped at Brown’s few times now and every time has been a great experience. As an individual with a bigger, more muscular build, it’s been hard to find clothing stores with pants/shorts that fit properly, let alone formal clothing that fits properly. Every time I’ve been to Brown’s Men’s Wear, employees like Zack and Scott have been more than helpful, along with patient in helping me to find clothing with the right fit for me. Would recommend shopping here!
What a great experience!! You definitely get what you pay for and great service.
They decided to close early despite having specified a pick up time. Apparently my business wasnt even worth a phone call. When i tried to address the issue the next day, they were dismissive and clearly did not care that their mistake had cost me time and money. To add to all this the male shopkeeper immediately lied and made up an emergency when just a minute ago, another shopkeeper had already told me it was a scheduled appointment, a non-emergency. Robert and his team are consummate professionals. It was a pleasure watching him ply his craft. My only criticism was for myself - I showed up with a deadline measured in days, so I clearly was setting Robert up for failure. Not to be. He was on it and able to perform miracles to get me the suit jacket and pants. Thank you so much Robert and Cathy for your speedy and professional service. I will be a repeat customer!
