This center is one of the best in the region. The staff members are amazing and great people who communicate well with parents. The center director and assistant director are always available and willing to answer any questions I have. The center is so warm and welcoming with teachers responding to the unique interests of my child. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but parents deserve to know what they’re walking into. My experience with Browns Point KinderCare was extremely disappointing, and ultimately unsafe for my child. The center is unprofessional, disorganized, and the issues clearly stem from the director’s lack of leadership and accountability.
