I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but parents deserve to know what they’re walking into. My experience with Browns Point KinderCare was extremely disappointing, and ultimately unsafe for my child. The center is unprofessional, disorganized, and the issues clearly stem from the director’s lack of leadership and accountability. Our family absolutely loves Browns Point KinderCare! Highly recommend, especially first-time parents!
The people who run this daycare are a horrible disgusting excuse for human beings, because of the director I lost my child for a whole 2 months due to them calling CPS without speaking to me first hand they had absolutely no right to do this to me and my family I can assure you that I would rather cut off my own hand then ever raise a hand or my own child these people are disgusting and should not be running a daycare at all!!!
This is a wonderful daycare! Our son has learned so much since starting there and really loves it. His teachers are amazing and always have fun new activities for the kids. The daycare is always clean and the employees are kind and professional. I also love the app, so I can get updates and photos/videos of our son through out the day! Would highly recommend to any family looking for a daycare!
My daughter loves coming here. My child's teacher Maggie is amazing!
