You can only tell how good a company is when things go wrong. Pretty much everything went wrong with our order, without going into too many details, Brown's sales and management team were courteous, understanding, empathetic and helpful throughout the entire 6 month process. Delivery time and correction time was far longer than either of us expected. Also.... Thanks for the book, fascinating read.
I can’t recommend the shop enough the staff are friendly and professional .The quality of the settee is excellent and would always try to buy local to support such a good business .Thank you
Brilliant place. Fantastic staff, very helpful. Lots of options, dates, clear guidelines as to delivery times. Also take away the old furniture which was an added bonus with a small fee
