Sales people are very helpful and friendly. Nice variety of furniture to choose from. Brown's is definitely our place to buy!
I purchased a recliner in April 2024 and had to have the chair re-stuffed in July 2024 due to padding shifting and flattening. By September 2024 the padding was again shifting, flattening and now is uncomfortable in the back. The furniture store refused to replace the chair but offered to continue to restuff the chair until the one year warranty is up then La-z-boy will pay for ongoing padding and I can pay for pick up, delivery and labor to do so. Some nice things. Little over priced in my opinion. Many steps/ramps that for some could be difficult to get around.
Amazing experience! I’d never bought nice, new furniture before, and Susie made it so easy! I had my autistic five year old with me and she offered to take him to play with toys so we could decide on what we wanted. Both pieces we wanted were in stock, and they will be delivered in a little over a week! Worth the drive and worth the money, my mom has bought from them for years (my grandma did, too) and I’m proud to be a third generation customer 🙂
