I purchased a recliner in April 2024 and had to have the chair re-stuffed in July 2024 due to padding shifting and flattening. By September 2024 the padding was again shifting, flattening and now is uncomfortable in the back. The furniture store refused to replace the chair but offered to continue to restuff the chair until the one year warranty is up then La-z-boy will pay for ongoing padding and I can pay for pick up, delivery and labor to do so.
