I was sent to collections as an error. Everything was handled with the original business and my accounts were removed from collections and back with the original business. I called and tried to make payment arraignments for an account that I am fully aware of and want to pay monthly payment son. I stated that I was able to pay $100 a month- better than nothing, and they said that is not acceptable I need to pay $350.00 a month. I received a call & was yelled at that I had been sent to their collections for $60, a copay that was never collected. If you can even get a word in between the attitude and yelling, they take it as rude and hang up. I can't even count how many times I was hung up on. They make it nearly impossible to even settle claims because of how little they are willing to speak to you. I've called back after being hung up on and was greeted with a "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" Wish there was a 0 star review. The lady Kay is the rudest person ever. Set up a payment plan for them to get paid biweekly and they just choose when to charge instead of sticking to the agreement. When i called and spoke with Kay she was extremely hostile and rude. Yelling at me saying she doesn’t care if we pay them because it’s our bill. She threaten to take the payment out in full and i had to call my bank to put a stop authorization on them so they don’t steal all my money.
