I was sent to collections as an error. Everything was handled with the original business and my accounts were removed from collections and back with the original business. Brown's Collection Service called me and I explained to them that it was an error. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off and raised her voice when I told her that I had already handled it with the original business. She ended up hanging up on me. I called and tried to make payment arraignments for an account that I am fully aware of and want to pay monthly payment son. I stated that I was able to pay $100 a month- better than nothing, and they said that is not acceptable I need to pay $350.00 a month. I received a call & was yelled at that I had been sent to their collections for $60, a copay that was never collected. If you can even get a word in between the attitude and yelling, they take it as rude and hang up. I can't even count how many times I was hung up on. They make it nearly impossible to even settle claims because of how little they are willing to speak to you. I've called back after being hung up on and was greeted with a "WHAT DO YOU WANT!"
