I took my tax details into them on April 9th. They told me there was no guarantee that they could file on time. I accepted that risk however......On April 30th, they did not file my return. I called them on May 6th asking them when they might be able to finally get round to filing my return as I know I owe the CRA and their reply was "Well if you don't here from us by the END OF MAY, give us a call" End of MAY?? So I now have to pay a penalty of 5% of what I owe and possibly an additional penalty if they don't file my return... read more
