Wally and his team, Sandie and Janet, have been amazing to deal with. We used their services twice this year. Once working with Janet to deal with an estate/will and the second time dealing with Sandie on the sell of my mom's house. The three of them are very friendly, kind and professional. I would highly recommend them to work with, their knowledge and kindness made the process more manageable. Thank you so much.
My mother-in-law passed away one month ago. When my husband, the sole executor, went to Wallace Brown's office to pick up the will, he was refused. Instead, Wallace "sold" him four certified copies for $100 cash. There were absolutely no legal grounds for withholding the will. When I called the office to inquire, the receptionist was snippy and acted like we had done something wrong.
