I never had a problem here for the most part few miscommunications with staff but Lynne is a fine Dr I highly recommend her if you need an appointment has helped me tremendously I have lost 91 lbs
I was surprised to see the 1-star rating (but then again, I rarely write reviews when everything is fine). I don’t think the 7 angry reviews present an accurate assessment of the practice, so I’ll add my two cents: I’ve been a patient here for two years (since before the practice joined the Brown University Health system, changed its name, and reset all their Google ratings), and overall I have been satisfied. Unfortunately, there is no option for zero stars. Extremely unprofessional. I called for over a week to try and get somebody to call me back about my prescription. I never got a call back. Finally after calling multiple times, five to be exact, they finally sent in my prescription to be filled but there was a mess up with my insurance. After I got it fixed, the woman answered the phone said the only reason she answered was because she saw me in the Q5 separate times and acted like it was a problem for her. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called and left multiple messages to get info on my prescription and why it hasn't been approved. The only thing I am looking for is information. This has been the worst experience trying to simplify speak with someone. Every time I get someone to answer the phone it's always "I'll leave a message for the nurse to call you back" well it's been over a month now. This place is terrible and I do not recommend.
