Unfortunately, there is no option for zero stars. Extremely unprofessional. I called for over a week to try and get somebody to call me back about my prescription. I never got a call back. Finally after calling multiple times, five to be exact, they finally sent in my prescription to be filled but there was a mess up with my insurance. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called and left multiple messages to get info on my prescription and why it hasn't been approved. The only thing I am looking for is information. This has been the worst experience trying to simplify speak with someone. Every time I get someone to answer the phone it's always "I'll leave a message for the nurse to call you back" well it's been over a month now. This place is terrible and I do not recommend. They are the worst’s start from the front to the doctor I’m trying to refill my prescription for a week the stuff is careless they have a new clinic manager they should get some one knows what he is doing I did call today to get refills the nurse was rude now they are risking my life been late 3 weeks without medication this office should be closed
Communication is very difficult. I have called many times and left messages and no one returns my call very frustrating. Hard to get an appointment
Dr was great . Communication here is horrible . Saw a doctor over 2 weeks ago and still don’t have an approved prescription.. over 1 week I called over 87 times no answer and left 3 voicemails .. just trying to get a prescription sent In correctly . Finally call me back and call in the prescription wrong .. wish me luck I guess
