I ordered a gift card in early December. It didn't arrive by Christmas so I called the company. They said it was sent as a link in an email. I checked all emails and spam folders, and no email with a link for a gift card. I've called the company several times only to be assured that their employee who works remotely and handles the gift card emails would send me the link. Several calls later and still no email after several days. This company may have nice yarn but getting a gift card seem to be impossible.
