This lady was recommended by 2 friends that evidently did not know she was very expensive. Your first visit is a minimum of $350.00 which she did not mention and I also ask her again when she called and said they were ready for pick up but she said she didn't know. She did my state and federal taxes as short forms and I asked her to look over my 2017 and 2018 returns but they were correct and she did no amendments. This company may be good for large companies but individuals need to get the cost in writing on the front end.
