Mr Brown was paid to file a patent and do a patent research to insure there were no conflicts with other patents. He failed at this, he did not find a direct conflict therfore wasted money on a useless patent. Then wanted to blame us the client for his failure. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Mr. Brown has provide me with solid advice and guidance. His office did a great job sorting out a trademark filing. Simple, straightforward language, which is very nice given how complex the laws can be.
