With the change in management all customer service and efficiency has been lost. Last year was a disaster to try to get taxes done as a long standing out of state customer who has used this group for 20+ years. This year with multiple attempts to get in touch they are already far behind in getting customers information and providing the service that used to be present. Anticipating myself, my family and friends will need to find a new accountant if they cant improve how they manage the business.
