I can not express enough how terrible my experience was with these accountants. Completely unorganised and dangerously negligent. Avoid at all costs.
If you value your time, confidentiality and money as a business/entertainer. absolutely avoid. I had been incredibly patient with basic errors being made that became consistent once I internally complained they dropped me as a client. Prior, I had little contact with an actual accountant and more with a trainee/junior during my time with them. No accountability or communication when asked why.
