This is one of the most amazing companies I deal with. Mike, Andrew, Matt B., Gerri, I cannot thank you enough for all of the extras you offer with your great products. They charge $35 for a digital download of an owners manual. I wonder what else is overpriced. Now I can't get them to respond as to HOW I can place an order. Thanks Mike Harpold for responding quick UNTIL I asked one question why so expensive for a digital download? Now he's a ghost!! I asked for a list of plattens and pricing in my first email and have yet to get an answer. Where is the great customer service?
