Hope I don’t get sued for this. Definitely will be consulting with the Florida Bar. I was under the impression that google was a platform designed to leave comments about a particular business. Was referred to Ms. Brown by my company Southwest Airlines. All I can say is after having the opportunity today, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Her tonation was downright condescending in her communication, she was rude, and from the moment I gave my name and also mentioned both parties were on the call she just seemed annoyed and dismissive. Please use this service at your own risk. She took 3500$ and after a few phone calls and emails to assist me for my case and it got took though for her and she dropped me. She has yet to send me a ledger for what she has done. I will be looking further into her qualifications with the possibly of putting a complaint with the bar
