Horrible attorney!! He does not work to defend anyone, he works to help the court get a conviction. He made sure he got a conviction for me, he lied to me about many things, did submit evidence that would at least mitigate and never informed me of the aftermath. I wonder how many people have committed suicide after running the gauntlet with this liar.
Never returned my phone call or the phone calls/emails of my CDL Defender (pre-paid legal services for truckers) company US Legal Services. They emailed & called him several times over the past 2-3 weeks. Not sure if he’s ill, dead, retired or too busy of a caseload to represent a trucker with a traffic citation!
