I hired Brown & Kannady to write up a phantom equity clause and a independent contractor agreement. I was invoiced for $1,921.50. The independent contractor agreement was still not finished. And she had not started on the phantom equity clause. For a simple independent contractor form, that price seemed very high. Especially considering she still wasn't done. I had to cut my loses and move one. I hired someone else who did it in a hour.
I have had dealings with two of the attorneys at Brown Legal and they are professional and knowledgeable and have bee responsive to my needs. Would recommend.
