After paying a $25 fee just to see them and explain i didn't have any income they kept overcharging and double charging me they dropped me right befor my case and they already took all my money where i couldn't event try to get another lawyer. Ive also tried to call mr. Pointer to let him know about all this and he never called me back i would never use the Gainesville office and after talking to other people that has used them before this is nothing uncommon for them
Called because Jessica had done work previously for us but was not allowed talk to Jessica Blackburn until an appt was made. Then no free consult and $200 to go to a nursing home that was less than 2 miles away. Definitely not helpful. Pointer Law Firm
He charged me $25 dollers to even speak with him... just for him to tell me he can't represent me!!!!!!!
