I shop at Brown and Hopkins on occasion, mostly for the holidays. While the store is beautiful I would say some of the staff could be a bit more kind and attentive. Usually on the top floor there is someone very helpful which was also the case today. When I went to cash out I was behind one person and there were two cashiers available. One woman finished up and immediately got on her cell phone and then the other cashier decided it was more important to join in and I was ignored by both individuals for a few minutes.
