Phillip has been great in getting my hearing aids adjusted as well as almost instantly knowing what the problem was to fix one of my aids when it quit working. He has been very helpful and patient in explaining and listening to my concerns about what I was or was not hearing. It has been a pleasure working with him and now I love my hearing aids. I have recommended Brown Hearing to others as well.
