Do not retain Erica Riplinger. I haven’t heard from her about any court dates or appearances from her or the courts but yet have been getting billed consistently. She hasn’t made contact with me in almost a year but yet she hasn’t made billed me and used the whole retainer I gave her. Very unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this law firm—and Roland Cross—highly enough. Mr. Cross represented me through a high-conflict custody case for more than five years. He is direct and to the point, yet consistently accessible, responding to emails at any time of day. Throughout my case, he remained professional, respectful, and thoroughly prepared for trial. I recommend him to anyone navigating the challenges and drama of family court.
I hate leaving reviews like this but I don’t want to see anybody else get screwed over like I did. Please look elsewhere for a family lawyer, Robert Rolland Cross didn’t even stand behind me and I had forked over thousands. I spent my life savings fighting for my boys and ended up with nothing. I had to beg this man to do his job and defend me. He never subpoenaed needed documentation for my case, he ended up withdrawing like a coward.
