Eddie Brown is hands down the WORST tax professional that's ever worked. First, he charged me nearly $1,000 to complete my taxes (yes, $985 for a simple tax return) From there, I received a notification from the IRS that he forgot to put my social security number on my tax documents. He also waited over 6 months to file my taxes resulting in a $250 fee which he wouldn't cover and I had to pay out of pocket even though it was his error. Had my taxes done at one of the big chain tax places and was told I would owe over 3k. It didn't seem like the person doing my taxes was very experienced so I wanted to get a second opinion. Mr Brown spent a lot of time with my asking questions and the end result was that actually got money back. Will definitely be back next year.

The only reason why I left one star was because I couldn’t leave a review otherwise. Mr.Brown is a unfair individual and the customer service I received from him was not up to par. I have never heard of a tax preparer needing to file a extension on there customers tax returns and then turn around and want full payment. So many excuses on why the tax return was late which I might add is no fault of my own. Please find someone else to prepare your taxes.
