Victim witness is horrible ..The D.A sits around and let's people go against Judges orders and does nothing ....D.A won't even call victims and talk with them.. Being a victim In this county , they treat you like the criminal

I sure hope someone reads these. Obviously there are some very serious issues here. In my case I have not seen my young son in 5 and a half months. His mother is withholding him. There are now 2 court orders, 6 police reports and 2 felony charges pending at the DA'S office for 3 months. The police can't do anything until the DA orders them to do so.
