Super friendly people.
We went on a trip to statue of Liberty and Ellis Island bus trip to NYC recently. The bus was leaking from the ceiling as it was a raining at times. The flyer is misleading, stating it would drop off and pick up at battery park, instead it went to liberty park in NJ. Update your flyer and online, someone is very lazy and doesn't care. The driver did not have tickets so had to scan us into the ferry. The advertising both online and mailed said a cess to pedestal, we did not have access. Riding a Brown coach from Albany to Buffalo as I type this. Our cycling tour contracted with Brown to return a couple of bus loads to our starting point after a week of cycling. Once on board, the driver (very kind - and a good driver) announced that the air conditioning was "a little janky, but we should be OK once we get rolling". It's not. We are in a heat wave and Brown sent us a bus with broken A/C. Yuck. We are sweaty and cranky and we paid them for 5 hours of discomfort. Disappointing.
