Absolutely Terrible! I've gone to him twice and both times I've had to wait forever to get my refund. This year they messed up my state refund because they improperly filled out a form or forgot to fill out a form but either way the state took 1200 from my refund, now i have to go back a fix the error they caused. I filed my taxes with them 7 weeks ago and its been nothing but a headache. I dont even want to get started on my federal. I dont understand why I'm paying so much for crappy service. Never Again
