I've been using the tax services of Brown & Abbott for almost ten years. They are the absolute best, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Kathy Abbott is always a pleasure to work with. She stays on top of all the necessary changes occurring with tax preparations and everything is always done in a timely manner. Kathy makes you feel like you are her only client and a priority. Everyone in the office is just as wonderful. Highly recommend!!
I recently called Brown & Abbott as a new business owner in Coraopolis to inquire about their services and potential referrals. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and abruptly hung up on me after saying, "mm no kay bye." This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, especially considering we're both local businesses in the same town. I didn't even get the chance to ask about referrals or any other questions. Very disappointing experience.
