Thank you Krista for such an amazing overall experience! I did the rewind lounge facial and it was hands down the best skincare experience I’ve ever had. They are very proficient at styling brows and the entire spa experience is excellent
Let me start by saying that my tech, Jackie is awesome. She is extremely professional and does a great job every time. But the company’s policies do not create space for emergencies. I called and attempted to reschedule my appointment due to an excruciating migraine. I was told that I would need to pay a $33 cancellation fee and then pay the $35 fee for new appointment. It can always be awkward for a man to access services primarily thought of as women's, but this salon/spa was wonderful making me feel very comfortable and welcome. And they do a wonderful job - especially McKenna!
