I salute these guys for the creative and "out-of-the-box" ideology they employ in buying, positioning and maximizing properties. I do not think Noble Smoke put that sign up, unless they had a lease that stated that the parking was for Nobel and Bossy only. Browder has liability for these leases and will have to indemnify all three tenants after court.
They allow their tenants to do things that are against the lease . They don’t enforce their lease . Noble smoke is one of their tenants and they allow them to bully and break lease agreements without consequence. Do not lease anything from them! They allowed this sign in a shared parking lot to stay up and said they asked noble smoke to move it and they haven’t . So what are you going to do Browder Group?
