Bought a tarmac from specialized and delivered to this shop. They told me it was ready for pickup. Had broken headset spacers, seatpost was completely dry, shifting was not adjusted. They did support me with new headset spacers but I didn't trust them to fix the bike. I took it home to do a full rebuild on a new bike myself. Only one guy was interested in trying to sell me items from the shelf's.
