This place has really been my downfall! I was promised a hotel voucher and never received it at all the passed 4night I have been literally outside even under a freeway bridge and received no help. I do not at all recommend this place to anyone that's in need of housing or help. I have been really out with no family at all found both deceased and thought they were going to help me but never did .
